We have a history of importing our dogs from South Africa and Moscow. Part of this process is to ensure that Veterinary Health Certificates (VHC) and import permits are done well ahead of time. Till date we have not lost any of our charges at any point in time

About Ole Dog House...

Ole Dog House is an idea that started in 1999 when we found it difficult to acquire the breed of our choice - the German Shepherd Dog. Since then, we have acquired, through importation, five pure breed German Shepherd Dogs as our breeding stock. Three of these we purchased from reputable breeders in South Africa. We have pushed the news of the German Shepherd Dog and today have placed 22 dogs with families looking for that ultimate experience in owning a German Shepherd Dog. Our site is therefore, geared towards further making this breed available to those who believe in the noble qualities of the pure breed German Shepherd Dog, which unfortunately is difficult to find in this part of the world. Our canine specialty is German Shepherd specie of international standards. Each one of them comes with pedigree papers carrying the tattoo numbers for distinct identification.

OUR MAN-DOG TEAM

Experience and time have proven that the dog is more efficient and reliable over machines given their mobility. All our man-dog teams are very sociable; they are many times used for public demonstrations.

With our competent team, we can deter problems with our presence, detect unwanted materials e.g. bombs for the safety of a given area, while inspections of parking and conference areas can be done quickly and non- intrusive. Our teams are in the novel process of introducing handled dogs in fire/search and rescue operations.

TRAINING

At Ole Dog House begin training of pups at age 4 months with the basic obedience classes and progress at month 6 with the more advanced courses in narcotic search, property/executive protection, crowd control and search and rescue operations.

KERNELLING

We insist on excellent and clean kernels at any given time. Ole Dog House is very mindful of kernel hygiene and nutrition. Therefore your dog will ever feel at home in the kernels

Each of our dogs comes with pedigree papers carrying the tattoo numbers for distinct identification and they leave us with their first vaccinations done. We maintain a clean, comfortable living environment for our dogs to ensure that they are properly socialized in preparation for their new homes.
